Background checks are an optional service made available to route owners through integration with trusted third-party providers. If a route owner chooses to request a background check, the process is conducted entirely by the third-party provider, and the driver inputs their personal information directly through that provider’s secure platform.

Route Relief® does not collect, process, or store any sensitive personal data, such as Social Security numbers or driver’s license information, during the background check process.

It is the responsibility of route owners to determine whether a background check is necessary and to interpret the results according to their own standards and requirements.

All users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any working relationship.
